At New Vision for Independence, our mission is to eliminate barriers to independence for people with vision loss through rehabilitation, community education, advocacy, and support services.
We call this “The Four Pillars”:
We provide vision rehabilitation, or skills training, throughout Lake, Sumter, and The Villages in rural central Florida, sponsored in part by the State of Florida Division of Blind Services. Our support services are open to anyone, anywhere with a visual impairment.
